Hi. I’m Shawna. I’ve worked in the Hair industry for 11 years now. I come from a small town outside of Waco, Texas. I moved to the big city of Dallas for my cosmetology training and since then I’ve trained under some of the top hairstylist in the world.

Areas of expertise:
Color (specialist for Redken), Hair Cutting (masters class with Masaki), along with a handful of specialty certifications

What do you love about your job?
I absolutely love my clients and thrive on working together to make their hair goals come to life.

I cannot brag enough about this Hair Studio. It’s got a great vibe, filled with professional who are friendly together and with customers, and in particular, my hairstylist is just the best. Shauna worked with me to get a great cut that will last a few months. Details below 1. I called one day, as I am new in the area, and another hair stylist answered the phone. I told her about my hair and what I was looking for (type of cut) and she paired me with Shauna. She had no doubt in her mind. 2. The day I went I told Shauna the same - here is how my hair works, here is the cut I think I need (and have had before) and what do you think? 3. She agreed about 90%, and then added in her own creativity. It was just the right touch and I am over the moon about my hair. Makes me just happy All hair types from straight to curly to somewhere in between should go here. I have both !

I had my hair cut and layered beautifully by Shawna. She did an absolutely phenomenal job, and I couldn’t be happier with my hair now! I have curly/wavy hair, so she definitely knows how to cut and style! 10/10 recommend this place, especially Shawna!
