At Monroe Hair Studio we offer two service levels with our stylist from which you can choose. There are stylists and senior stylists. We have a great team of talent, and we are confident that there is a stylist who can meet your individual needs at a price that works for you. Monroe Hair Studio promotions are based on a member of standards. These include stylists’ salon experience, proficiency, advanced techniques, education, demand of stylists’ time and customer satisfaction ratings.

These services are a process and must be maintained with proper upkeep and care recommended by your stylist.*

APPOINTMENTS

We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule. Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure we have time to complete your look. We also welcome walk-ins.

Please limit the number of guests you bring with you to your appointment as we’d like each client’s experience at Monroe Hair Studio to be a pleasant and relaxing one.

 

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY—cashless

Monroe Hair Studio will no longer accept cash as a form of payment. We accept all major credit cards: including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express, along with Checks and Gift Cards.

 

CHILDREN

Children are always welcome to come in and enjoy a service. We kindly ask that only children who have a scheduled appointment be in the salon. We truly value their safety. We ask that you consult with your stylist if you have any questions regarding your child.

 

CANCELLATIONS

In consideration of our other clients and our technicians, we kindly ask that you give a full 24-hour notice of any cancellation or reschedule. We understand that things come up suddenly, but in order for our stylist to have the opportunity to fill your spot, we ask for notice. Otherwise, there will be a charge/cancellation fee up to the full amount of the service charged to your credit card on file.

 

MOBILE POLICY

We do not share mobile contact information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

 

NO SHOWS will automatically be charged a fee.
