We moved to San Marcos about six months ago and I needed to find a new place to get my haircut. I've been to Monroe's three times and it's fantastic! Brittany and Julia have both cut my hair and they are wonderful- I'm getting pixie cuts now (of varying lengths) and both stylists are actually better than "safe" bets- I've never had better pixie cuts in my life, way better than the place I used to go to in Houston. What I really love is that my hair looks great even as it's growing out which has NEVER happened before. I normally had about 3-4 great weeks then my hair became frizzy, bushy and generally crazy looking. Anyway, it's great having two ladies I can trust to have an awesome cut but honestly I'd be comfortable with all of the ladies that work here. I love that I can make an appointment online at my convenience as well because I go anywhere from 6-9 weeks between cuts. You can't go wrong here- Monroe's is definitely my hair salon now.
